Ukraine’s state debt grew by USD 2 bln in July

As of July 31, 2019, Ukraine's state and government-guaranteed debt amounted to USD 82.40 billion, or UAH 2,066.9 billion, the Finance Ministry has reported.

"As of July 31, 2019, the state and government-guaranteed debt of Ukraine amounted to UAH 2,066.92 billion or USD 82.40 billion, including the state and government-guaranteed external debt in the amount of UAH 1,246.01 billion (60.28% of the total sum of the state and government-guaranteed debt) or USD 49.67 billion, and the state and government-guaranteed domestic debt in the amount of UAH 820.92 billion (37.72%) or USD 32.72 billion," reads the report.

In July 2019, the state and government-guaranteed debt of Ukraine decreased by UAH 35.65 billion in the hryvnia equivalent, and grew by USD 2.04 billion in the dollar equivalent.

As reported, the state and government-guaranteed debt of Ukraine as of June 30, 2019 amounted to USD 80.35 billion, or UAH 2,102.41 billion.
