Kyiv receives new trolleybuses of Ukrainian manufacturer

Bogdan Motors Corporation began to ship trolleybuses as part of a contract with Kyivpastrans Municipal Enterprise, the company’s press service has reported.

"Kyiv has already received two of 55 19-meter Bogdan T90110 trolleybuses," the report says.

The corporation intends to perform the contract in full before the end of this year.

At present, over 200 Bogdan trolleybuses are already running in the streets of Kyiv.

Bogdan Motors Corporation was established in February 2005 with the purpose of implementing large-scale investment projects aimed at creating capacities for the production of vehicles of all types in Ukraine.

As a reminder, in February 2019, Lutsk-based Car Assembly Plant, which is part of Bogdan Motors Corporation, won a tender to supply 55 trolleybuses, totaling UAH 603.9 million, to Kyivpastrans Municipal Enterprise, according to the data from the ProZorro public e-procurement system.
