Mariupol to cooperate with French company in the field of sustainable development

Mariupol Mayor Vadym Boychenko and President of the French company Beten Ingenierie Jean Roche have signed an agreement on cooperation in implementing the sustainable green development strategy, according to the press service of the Mariupol City Council.

"Mayor Vadym Boychenko and President of Beten Ingenierie Jean Roche signed the agreement on further cooperation. This is the second such document. Beten Ingenierie will help create and implement the Sustainable Green Development Strategy for Mariupol," reads the report.

According to the agreement, the French company will provide engineering and consulting services, market analysis services, preparations of feasibility studies and environmental design documentation for the Mariupol City Council.

Vadym Boychenko noted that the cooperation of Mariupol city with Beten Ingenierie lasted for two years. The company helped the city carry out an expert assessment of unresolved important questions.

In turn, Jean Roche stressed that the city had changed significantly. He also added that the company is ready to continue working with the municipality.
