Tax revenues transferred to Kherson region’s local budget exceed UAH 1 bln

In January-March 2019, revenues from taxes and fees transferred to the local budget of Kherson region grew by 18% from the previous year.

The press service of the Main Department of the State Fiscal Service in Kherson region, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol released this information on Tuesday, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.

"In the first quarter of 2019, over UAH 1 billion of taxes and fees was transferred to the local budget of Kherson region. In comparison with the corresponding period of last year, the local budget received additional UAH 153.3 million of financial resources. Income growth is almost 18%," reads the report.

The largest source of local government revenue was made up of personal income taxes totaling UAH 649.3 million.
