Govnt allocates UAH 1.3 bln for repairing two roads of national significance

The state allocated UAH 1.3 billion for the repair of two roads of national significance, namely Mykolaiv-Dnipro and Mykolaiv-Kropyvnytsky.

Ukrainian Infrastructure Minister Volodymyr Omelyan said this during a meeting of the Mykolaiv Region Development Council on March 4, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“I am aware of the state of these roads. Therefore, the Government allocated UAH 1.3 billion for the repair of two roads of national importance, which Ukrainians have already called the “roads of death”. We speak about the Mykolaiv-Dnipro and Mykolaiv-Kropyvnytsky roads,” he said.

According to the minister, in 2020 Ukrainians will forget about the terrible condition of these roads.
