Groysman: 43% of Ukrainian exports go to EU markets

Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman has said that 43% of Ukrainian exports go to the markets of the European Union.

The prime minister said this during the talk show Echo of Ukraine on the TV Channel Priamyi on Friday, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.

“We sell in foreign currency in the European Union 43% of everything we produce today,” Groysman said.

He called it a huge step forward, since "we were always considered as a raw materials appendage to the Russian economy, and today we are entering a completely different system."
