Bilateral trade between Ukraine and India amounted to $2.3 bln in 2018

In January-October 2018, bilateral trade between Ukraine and India amounted to USD 2.3 billion, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine has reported.

"For 10 months of 2018, bilateral trade between Ukraine and India totaled USD 2.3 billion. The exports of Ukrainian products exceeded USD 1.8 billion," the Economic Development Ministry informed on its Facebook page.

Thus, India is the largest trading partner of Ukraine among the countries of the Asia-Pacific Region. At the 25th International Partnership Summit in Mumbai in January 2019, First Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Stepan Kubiv noted that the key tasks of further cooperation between our countries were industrial cooperation between businesses, as well as the development of trade.
