Government to review contracts with managers of state enterprises

The Cabinet of Ministers will review contracts with state-owned enterprise managers who receive high salaries after the terms of their current contracts expire.

Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman stated this during the Government Question Hour meeting on Friday, an Ukrinform reports.

"I had instructed that certain payments relating to increased remuneration be limited. We approved this decision. The contracts that are expiring with managers with high salaries will be reviewed on new terms so that wages be normal and not so unreasonably high,” he said.

He stressed that the government would not sign any contracts envisaging too high salaries.
