Ukraine's GDP growing for eleven quarters in a row

Ukraine’s GDP grew by 0.4% in the third quarter of 2018 compared with the previous quarter, the Government portal reports with reference to the State Statistics Service.

"The Ukrainian economy for the third quarter of this year grew by 0.4% compared with the previous quarter. This figure continued the established trend of steady economic growth for eleven quarters in a row," reads the report.

According to the data provided by the State Statistics Service, Ukraine’s GDP grew by 2.8% compared with the third quarter of 2017.

"The situation corresponds to the forecasts of the government and international partners," reads the report.

As Ukrinform reported, Ukraine’s GDP in the second quarter of 2018 grew by 3.6% compared with the second quarter of 2017.
