Local budgets grow by almost 24% in January-September 2018

In January-September 2018, UAH 165.2 billion in revenues were transferred to local budgets in Ukraine, which is 23.6% more than in the corresponding period in 2017, the press service of the State Fiscal Service (SFS) reports.

"In January-September 2018, local budgets received UAH 165.2 billion of payments controlled by the SFS, which is 23.6% or UAH 31.5 billion more compared with the corresponding period last year," reads the report.

In particular, over the reporting period, UAH 18.4 billion in revenues from tax payments were transferred to local budgets, which is 34.3% or UAH 4.7 billion higher than last year's figures.

In addition, in January-September 2018, revenues from personal income taxes and fees transferred to the consolidated budget made up UAH 163.8 billion, which is 24.2% or UAH 31.9 billion higher than last year's figures.

In September 2018, revenues from personal income taxes and fees amounted to UAH 19 billion, which is 20% or UAH 3.2 billion more than in September 2017.
