Exports of goods from Ukraine to Turkey rose by almost 10% - Kubiv

Exports of goods from Ukraine to Turkey grew by 9.6% in the first seven months of 2018 compared to the same period last year, Ukraine's First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economic Development and Trade Stepan Kubiv has said on Facebook.

"The growth [of exports from Ukraine to Turkey] successfully continues in 2018. In the first seven months of the year the export of goods has already reached $1.6 billion, which is 9.6% more than last year's figure," Kubiv wrote.

He added that exports of goods and services from Ukraine to Turkey grew by 20.9% in 2017, to $2.7 billion.

Kubiv also said that he was traveling to Turkey, which is a strategic trade partner for Ukraine.
