Finance Ministry replenishes state budget with UAH 2.4 bln from government bond sale

The Finance Ministry of Ukraine has attracted UAH 1.020 billion and USD 50.276 million to the state budget as a result of the sale of government domestic loan bonds on August 14.

“As a result of the scheduled placement of government domestic loan bonds, the state budget was replenished with UAH 2,395,078,357.65 [at the exchange rate set by the NBU]," reads the report posted on the Finance Ministry’s website.

The ministry also added that 32 out of 49 submitted bids to buy domestic loan bonds were satisfied.
