The Ukrainian Finance Ministry has attracted UAH 10,038,350,760.33 to the state budget, according to the results of the placement of government domestic loan bonds, which were published on the ministry's website.

Thus, based on the results of the placement of bonds on August 7, 2018, UAH 10,038,350,760.33 was attracted to the state budget (according to the official NBU rate).

In total, five packages of government domestic loan bonds were placed, with maturity dates of November 7, 2018, January 30, 2019, July 3, 2019, June 10, 2020, November 21, 2018, February 27, 2019, and October 24, 2018.

According to economic expert Taras Kozak, this year this is the largest attraction of funds to the state budget on the domestic market.

"We do not still know whether our calls worked or whether the administrative resource was used. We will know it in a couple of days when the structure of government bond owners will be disclosed by the National Bank (in the context of individuals, non-residents, banks, NBU and other owners). In any case, there will be enough funds for pensions," he wrote on his Facebook page.
