Coal, fuel oil and gas reserves decrease in Ukraine

As of July 30, 2018, the reserves of fuel and energy resources decreased in Ukraine compared to last year.

This is evidenced by the data on the fuel and energy complex, published on Facebook page of the Energy and Coal Industry Ministry of Ukraine.

"As of July 30, 1.670,600 tons of coal were in the storage facilities of the Energy Ministry, which is 695,800 tons, or 29.4% less compared to last year," the report says.

The fuel oil reserves in the warehouses of thermal power plants and combined heat and power plants as of July 30 are 38,200 tons, which is 25,700 tons, or 40.2% less compared to last year.

In addition, according to the Energy Ministry, as of July 29, 12.7 billion cubic meters of natural gas are located in the underground storage facilities, which is 0.3 billion cubic meters, or 2.3% less compared to last year.
