Danish Prime Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen stated this at the Ukraine Reform Conference in Copenhagen today, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.

"Denmark supports Ukraine in the energy sector. In particular, the budget of the Ukrainian-Danish energy cooperation amounts to 20 million Danish kroner [UAH 82 million]," Rasmussen said.

According to him, Denmark sees the significant progress of Ukraine in the energy sector in recent years. And, according to the Danish prime minister, it is necessary to continue work to make Ukraine independent of Russian energy sources.
