Yushchenko to head Supervisory Board of Alpari Bank
From June 1, 2018, Ukraine's former president Viktor Yushchenko will be appointed as chairman of the Supervisory Board of PJSC Alpari Bank for a period of one year.
This was reported by the National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine.
"A decision on the appointment of Viktor Yushchenko as chairman of the Supervisory Board of PJSC Alpari Bank from June 1, 2018 was adopted by the only shareholder of PJSC Alpari Bank dated May 25, 2018 for a period of 1 year. He holds 0% of shares. He holds a share in the authorized share capital of the issuer of 0%. The decision on changes in personal composition was made by the sole shareholder. There were no outstanding convictions for mercenary and official crimes," the statement reads.
