CEO of Naftogaz Kobolev discusses EU’s energy security with NATO representatives

A meeting of the NATO-Ukraine Commission at the level of deputy permanent representatives with the participation of CEO of Naftogaz of Ukraine Andriy Kobolev took place in a new building of the NATO Headquarters on May 7.

As the Naftogaz press office reports, the attention of the NATO member countries is increasingly focused on the issues of energy security, therefore, it is symbolic that the first official meeting at the new headquarters was the meeting with Ukrainian officials dedicated to ensuring the energy security in the Euro-Atlantic area.

Andriy Kobolev's report on the recent judgment of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce and the implementation of the Nord Stream 2 project sparked a lively discussion during the meeting. Ukraine's energy security is a component of the energy security of the whole region, the NATO member states unanimously stated.
