Groysman: Government drafting resolution on terminating economic cooperation with Russia

The Ukrainian government is developing a draft resolution on the termination of economic cooperation with the Russian Federation.

Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman stated this on 112 Ukraine TV channel, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"We are developing a government resolution. I believe that on Wednesday we will approve it, on the termination of the economic cooperation program signed with Russia in 2011. We will do everything possible so that the aggressor country to pay a high price for its actions in Ukraine," said Groysman.

According to him, Ukraine has own economic interests, which it will defend: "We will develop our own economy as much as we can," he said.

He also stressed that the first, quite successful, steps had already been made in this direction.
