Ukraine to present national stand at EXPO-2020 in Dubai

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has adopted a decision initiated by the Economic Development Ministry to prepare for Ukraine's participation in the World Expo-2020, which will be held in Dubai (UAE) from October 20, 2020 to April 10, 2021.

According to the decree adopted at a meeting of the government on February 14, a coordination committee for training will be established, and First Vice Prime Minister - Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Stepan Kubiv will be appointed as its chairman.

"Our task is to show interesting Ukrainian projects at each international exhibition. In particular, our projects include innovative solutions in the agrarian, industry, energy and energy efficiency sectors, as well as infrastructure projects, engineering, aerospace industries. The coordination committee, which I will chair, will conduct serious preparations for EXPO-2020 to better represent the export potential and attractive investment opportunities of Ukraine," Kubiv commented on the decision of the government.

EXPO-2020 will be devoted to finding new ways of cooperation and formation of new partnership relations between the countries for the development of innovations and new ideas for creating a better future.
