Share of EU in Ukraine’s foreign trade reaches 43% - Poroshenko

Тhe share of the European Union in Ukraine's foreign trade has reached almost 43%.

President Petro Poroshenko stated this during the solemn ceremony on Mykhailivska Square in Kyiv on the occasion of renaming the highly mobile airborne troops into the landing-assault troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the establishment of the Day of the Landing-Assault Troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"The day after tomorrow I will leave for the Eastern Partnership Summit to determine new intermediate goals and boundaries on the European path. But we already know our ultimate goal - full membership in the most prestigious alliance of the world, the final return to the European home," said Poroshenko.

He also stressed that the Association Agreement with the European Union, the road map of reforms will bring Ukrainians closer to this perspective.
