Roshen paid over UAH 1.21 bln to national budget in January-October 2017

In January-October 2017, Roshen Confectionery Corporation paid UAH 1.213 billion of taxes to the state budget of Ukraine, which makes up about 90-95% of taxes paid by the company, the corporation’s press service told Ukrinform. 

“Most taxes (about 90-95%) are paid to the state budget of Ukraine, while the rest is paid to the budgets of those countries where there are Roshen representative offices, namely Poland, Hungary, Lithuania, Russia, Kazakhstan, Romania, and Bulgaria,” reads the report.  

In particular, the corporation over the reporting period paid UAH 296.6 million of profit tax, UAH 10.5 million of military tax, UAH 634.1 million of VAT, UAH 135 million of single social security tax. Also, UAH 136.6 million was paid to local budgets, including UAH 126.4 million of personal income tax and UAH 10.2 million of land tax and other taxes

Roshen also reminded that the corporation paid UAH 1,545 billion of taxes in 2016, and UAH 1.337 billion in 2015.
