Trade volume between Ukraine and Moldova increased by more than 30% - Moldovan PM

Moldovan Prime Minister Pavel Filip considers Ukraine one of the main trade and economic partners of his country.

The Moldovan prime minister said this in his speech at the Moldova Business Week 2017 in Chisinau, an Ukrinform correspondent reports from Moldova.

"I would like to welcome the arrival of Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman at the forum. Relations between our states are at a good level, and Ukraine today is one of the main trade and economic partners of our country," the Moldovan PM said.

According to him, the volume of trade between Ukraine and Moldova increased by more than 30% compared with the same period of the last year, and 1,128 enterprises with Ukrainian capital operate in Moldova.

Moldovan PM Pavel Filip has expressed confidence that the participation of the Ukrainian delegation in the business forum will contribute to the development of investment business and the implementation of new projects between the states.
