PJSC Kyivkhlib predicts increase in bread prices by 20% within 2-3 years

PJSC Kyivkhlib, the largest manufacturer of bread and bakery products in Kyiv, predicts an increase in the prices for bread by 20% within two-three years.

Chairman of the Board of PJSC Kyivkhlib Volodymyr Chereda said this at a briefing, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"The prices may grow by 20% in two or three years," Chereda said.

According to him, today there is an overproduction of bread on the Ukrainian market and there is a very tough competition.

He recalled that the last revision of the prices for bread was carried out about two months ago, and they grew by 5% at that time.
