Chairman of NBU Council: Land reform can give a real impetus to attracting investments

Chairman of the Council of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU), Bohdan Danylyshyn, says that the land reform could become a real impetus to attracting investments to the state.

“I support the land reform. I believe that it should have been carried out even earlier. Both opposition and pro-government forces, so to say, "are playing for time" when it come to this problem. Meanwhile, the land reform can give a real impetus to attracting investments to the state," Chairman of the NBU Council Bohdan Danylyshyn said in an interview with Ukrinform.

According to him, this reform can really promote development in Ukraine.

"But it should be implemented skillfully so that our land has a real value. And for this, we need to introduce market mechanisms," the NBU Council Chairman said.
