PM Groysman: Financing of agricultural engineering to be increased by 50%

The Cabinet of Ministers has projected UAH 550 million in the 2017 national budget to revive the agricultural engineering of Ukraine, and it plans to increase this sum by 50 % in 2018.

Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman said this during a visit to the National Agriculture University of Ukraine, according to the governmental portal.

“We have created a special social program to support agricultural engineering in Ukraine. In 2017, we will allocate UAH 550 million, next year this figure will be increased by 50%, and in 2019 – by another 50%,” Groysman said.

He also assured that the Government will do everything possible to make Ukraine a competitive state.
