Ukraine, Bavaria to hold joint business forum late this year

Ukraine and Bavaria plan to hold a joint business forum at the end of the year as part of the visit of Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman to the federal land.

The corresponding agreements were announced during the meeting of the Ukrainian PM Groysman with Minister-President of Bavaria Horst Seehofer in Kyiv.

"We would like to invite you to Bavaria," Seehofer said and suggested holding the meeting with representatives of business circles of Bavaria to "present the program of attracting investments for further economic cooperation." The Minister-President of Bavaria noted that the visit of Groysman could be scheduled for autumn or winter this year.

In turn, the Head of the Ukrainian Government thanked for the invitation and accepted it.

"I think it is a very good idea to hold a business forum within the framework of the visit. We will be able to discuss the directions for deepening our economic cooperation. This fully corresponds to our bilateral interests," Groysman said.
