Ukrainian PM to examine issue of establishing NATO energy security center in Ukraine

The Government of Ukraine will examine the issue of establishing an energy security center of NATO in Ukraine, which has been initiated by the Ukrainian MPs.

Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman said this during the hour of questions to the Government in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"I’ve had no information on the establishment of such a center. I will familiarize with the proposals. However, I want to mention that we are able now to respond institutionally to all the energy threats, we are working with the international experts in this field, we have a clear program for ensuring energy independence and security," Groysman said.
