Foreign direct investments can enter Ukraine next year due to the possibility of signing of the Free Trade Area agreement with China.

Executive Director of the Blazer International Fund Oleh Ustenko said this at a press conference in Kyiv, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.

"Ukraine has good chances to create a base for foreign direct investments next year. It can happen through the possibility of signing the agreement on Free Trade Area with China, which considers us as a platform to promote its products in the EU," he said.

According to Ustenko, the information on possibility of starting negotiations on Free Trade Area between China and Ukraine already makes the Koreans "to intensify efforts" in this direction.
