Ukrainian IT-company wins one million euro grant from EU-financed program

Ukrainian POLYTEGA CLOUD Company has won a EUR 1.22 million grant from the European Commission for a two-year innovative project Physical Verification PV Сloud to develop needed tools to verify proper operation of new microcircuit chips. 

Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman wrote this on his Facebook page. 

“Do you remember notorious incidents with Samsung Galaxy Note-7's defects? And Ukrainian IT-company Polyteda Cloud received a grant for more than a million euros from the European Commission to launch a project to verify proper operation of new microcircuit chips, which will help to avoid such incidents. Well done!” Groysman wrote. 

According to the prime minister, the company received the grant in line with the European Horizon 2020 program. Ukraine has the access to this program since 2015.
