Flights to Munich and Frankfurt cancelled in Boryspil airport due to Lufthansa's strike

Flights to Munich and Frankfurt have been cancelled in Boryspil International Airport due to a strike by Lufthansa's pilots and cabin crew members, an Ukrinform correspondent reports citing the airport's press service.

In particular, the following flights were cancelled on November 23, 2016: Kyiv-Munich at 06:25 a.m. and 03:50 p.m., Munich-Kyiv at 03:00 p.m. and 10:35 p.m., Kyiv-Frankfurt at 06:00 a.m. and 02:05 p.m., Frankfurt-Kyiv at 01:15 p.m. and 08:35 p.m.

Boryspil International Airport recommends that passengers apply to the airline company to get information on alternative flights.

A reminder that a 24-hour strike by Lufthansa's pilots has been scheduled for November 23. As a result, 876 flights were cancelled, including 51 long-range flights. The strike is expected to affect the interests of 100,000 passengers.
