EIB, Ukraine’s Infrastructure Ministry sign 200 million euros’ credit for public transport upgrade

The European Investment Bank (EIB) and the Ukrainian Infrastructure Ministry have signed a new agreement on credit worth 200 million euros offered by EIB to upgrade public transport in Ukrainian cities. 

The agreement was signed by EIB Vice Prime Minister Vazil Hudak and Ukrainian Infrastructure Minister Volodymyr Omelian, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

The credit agreement worth 200 million euros is aimed at the modernization of public transport in 20 citifies of Ukraine under the project “Development of Urban Public Transport in the Cities of Ukraine”.
