Energoatom President wants to involve American partners in company’s management

The process of corporatization of the state-owned enterprise NAEC "Energoatom" should provide for the opportunity to involve the western partners, including from the USA, in the company’s management.

President of NAEC "Energoatom" Yuri Nedashkovsky said this, speaking at the meeting of the Eurasian Center of the Atlantic Council in the United States, the press service of the agency reports.

 "It is planned to set up a public joint-stock company, 100% of the shares of which will be owned by the state. We are interested in the fact that the legislation, which will regulate the process of Energoatom’s corporatization, will provide for the possibility to involve the western partners, including from the USA, in the company’s management," Nedashkovsky said.
