Rada ratifies Agreement on Ukraine’s joining WTO government procurement

Ukrainian MPs have passed a law “On Ukraine’s joining the Government Procurement Agreement” that provides bases and conditions for opening government procurement markets of WTO member-states for Ukraine.

A total of 243 MPs voted for a relevant decision on Wednesday, March 18, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

According to the explanatory note to the law, the document envisages Ukraine’s joining the Government Procurement Agreement based on the terms set out by a Decision of the WTO Committee on Government Procurement.
