Ukraine's state-owned enterprise Iskra has handed over to the Ukrainian Armed Forces a new radar system with increased range, improved trajectory data analysis and expanded functionality, Ukraine's state defense conglomerate Ukroboronprom has reported on its website.

"The 35D6M is a modern radar system with increased range, improved trajectory parameters, expanded functionality due to modern software solutions. Also, the radar system can boast its ability to work in almost any climate and in mountainous terrain," the report reads.

The radar system can be additionally equipped with remote workstations - this helps control the station in full at a distance of up to 300 meters. The radar system can also be optionally equipped with equipment for interacting directly with anti-aircraft missile systems.
