Invaders put troops in Donbas on full combat alert – intelligence report

Russian occupation forces have been put on full combat alert as part of command and staff exercises in Donbas. The maximum number of personnel of motorized infantry, tank, artillery, and air defense units was involved in the exercises.

“The command of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continues to build up the combat capability of operational group units of the Russian occupation forces. Thus, on October 5, command and staff exercises began with involvement of bodies of military administration, units, and subdivisions of the first and second army corps of the Russian occupation forces, which were put on full combat alert (for training). Drills and deployment of field command posts are carried out at training grounds, in areas of concentration of occupation troops,” Defence Ministry Spokesperson Oleksandr Motuzianyk said at a briefing, citing the report of the Ministry's Main Directorate of Intelligence.

In addition, according to Motuzianyk, the enemy intensified combat training activities with the involvement of the maximum number of personnel of motorized infantry, tank, artillery, and air defense units.
