OSCE records decrease in ceasefire violations in Donbas

The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine noted a decrease in ceasefire violations recorded in Donbas in the first three months of 2020 compared to the previous quarter.

“The SMM observed 25% fewer ceasefire violations in 1st three months of 2020 compared to previous quarter,” the OSCE SMM wrote on its Facebook page.
