Ukrainian troops come under fire near Marinka, Zaitseve and Pavlopol

Since the beginning of the day, Russian-occupation troops have opened fire three times on positions of the Joint Forces near Marinka, Zaitseve and Pavlopol.

Ukrainian Defense Ministry spokesman Dmytro Hutsuliak said this at a briefing on Wednesday, March 18, according to an Ukrinform correspondent.

"Today, the Russian-led forces have violated ceasefire in the JFO area three times. According to available information, no casualties among the Ukrainian military have been reported,” the spokesman said.

In particular, the enemy used a mounted antitank grenade launcher to fire at the positions of the Joint Forces outside Marinka (23km south-west of Donetsk).

In addition, the invaders fired a mounted antitank grenade launcher, 82mm mines and small arms at the Ukrainian positions near Zaitseve (62km north-east of Donetsk) and Pavlopol (25km north-west of Mariupol).
