Invaders violate ceasefire in Donbas six times

On February 7, the armed formations of the Russian Federation violated ceasefire in the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) area in Donbas six times.

“The enemy used 122mm artillery, 120mm and 82mm mortars banned under the Minsk agreements, antitank missile system, grenade launchers of different systems, heavy machine guns and small arms to shell Ukrainian positions,” the press center of the JFO Headquarters reports.

In the zone of action of tactical force “East”, Russian-occupation troops used automatic mounted grenade launchers and heavy machine guns to shell Ukrainian troops near Novomykhailivka (28km south-west of Donetsk); small arms – outside Vasylivka (20km north of Donetsk).

In the zone of action of tactical force “North”, the enemy fired 122mm artillery, 120mm and 82mm mortars, automatic mounted grenade launchers on Ukrainian positions near Orikhove (57km north-west of Luhansk); antitank missile system – outside Krymske (42km north-west of Luhansk); mounted antitank grenade launcher, heavy machine gun and small arms – in the area of Hladosove (51km north-east of Donetsk).

No casualties among Ukrainian troops were reported over the past day.

Today, the Russian-occupation troops have already opened fire from 122mm artillery, 120mm and 82mm mortars on defenders of Orikhove. No casualties have been reported.
