OSCE records over 100 explosions in Donbas – report

On Tuesday, October 29, the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine recorded 100 explosions in Donetsk region and four ones in Luhansk region.

The OSCE SMM informed this in a report, based on information received as of 19:30, October 29, 2019.

"In Donetsk region, the SMM recorded more ceasefire violations, including more explosions (100), compared with the previous reporting period (55 explosions)," the report says.

The majority of ceasefire violations were recorded in areas north and north-east of Kamianka (government-controlled, 20km north of Donetsk) and at southerly direction of Pyshchevyk (government-controlled, 84km south of Donetsk).

"In Luhansk region, the Mission recorded fewer ceasefire violations, all explosions (four), compared with the previous reporting period (no explosions)," the report notes.

All ceasefire violations were recorded in areas south-west of Molodizhne (non-government-controlled, 63km west of Luhansk).
