OSCE records over 40 weapons in occupied Donbas in violation of withdrawal lines

The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine recorded 44 weapons in the occupied territory of Donbas in violation of withdrawal lines.

The OSCE SMM informed this in a report, based on information received as of 19:30, September 22, 2019.

“In total, the SMM observed 44 weapons in non-government-controlled areas in violation of withdrawal lines, including at the former Luhansk international airport about 10km south of Luhansk city,” the report reads.

In addition, on September 21, about 2.5km north-east of the northern edge of the Petrivske disengagement area, the SMM saw two armed members of the armed formations digging a 10-15m long trench about 5m from a newly constructed checkpoint as well as a military-type excavator and a digger about 150m of the same checkpoint.
