Russian-led forces violated ceasefire six times in Donbas in last day

Russian occupation forces violated ceasefire six times in the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) area in eastern Ukraine over the past day. The weapons banned under the Minsk agreements were used thrice.

“The enemy fired 120mm and 82mm mortars, antitank missile system, grenade launchers and small arms on our troops. In the zone of action of tactical force ‘East’, two attacks were launched on our positions near Novoselivka (16km west of Luhansk) and Shyrokyne (20km east of Mariupol). Today, no attacks on Ukrainian positions have been recorded” the JFO Headquarters press center reports on Facebook.

In addition, Russian occupation forces violated ceasefire in the zone of action of tactical force “North”. The invaders used 120mm mortars and grenade launchers of different systems to shell Ukrainian troops in the area of Krymske (42km north-west of Luhansk); antitank missile system – near Novozvanivka (70km west of Luhansk); small arms – outside Stanytsia Luhanska (16km north-east of Luhansk).

No casualties among Ukrainian troops were reported.

According to the intelligence, two invaders were killed on March 15.
