Russian-led forces launch four attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas

Russian occupation forces launched four attacks on positions of Ukrainian troops in the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) area in eastern Ukraine over the past day.

“In the zone of action of tactical force “East“, the enemy used heavy machine guns to fire on Ukrainian positions in the area of Bohdanivka (41km south-west of Donetsk). In the zone of action of tactical force “North”, Russian-led forces used small arms to fire on Ukrainian defenders near Travneve (51km north-east of Donetsk); anti-tank grenade launchers and heavy machine guns – outside Luhanske (59km north-east of Donetsk), 82mm mortars – outside Katerynivka (64km west of Luhansk),” the JFO Headquarters press centre reports on Facebook.

No casualties among Ukrainian troops were reported.

According to the intelligence, one invader was killed in the past day. The enemy’s infantry fighting vehicle BMP-1 was also destroyed.

Today, the enemy has not opened fire yet.

The Joint Forces reliably control the enemy on the contact line, adhering to the ceasefire agreements.
