Ukrainian Joint Forces Commander Serhiy Nayev acquainted the OSCE SMM delegation with the operational information about the violations of ceasefire regime committed by the Russian occupation forces and other facts of Russian military aggression.

The meeting took place at the Joint Center for Civil-Military Cooperation in Kramatorsk, the press service of the Joint Forces Operation Headquarters reports.

"The Joint Forces Commander informed the foreign monitors about the violations of the ceasefire regime committed by the Russian occupation forces, attacks on towns and villages, obstruction of the OSCE SMM patrols activities on part of representatives of the armed forces of the Russian Federation, indicators of documenting the violations of deployment of weapons outside storage places and disengagement lines," the JFO Headquarters reports.

In particular, Nayev reminded of seven cases of damages as a result of attacks on residential buildings, which were launched by the armed formations of the Russian Federation. The Commander supported his report with photo and video materials.

Nayev also told in detail about the attack on February 18-19, when 445 shells were fired into the positions of the Joint Forces, accounting for 51% of the total amount of munitions used by the Russian occupation forces since the beginning of the year.

He stressed that the attacks on Ukrainian positions were launched from an area bounded by the populated localities Komsomolsk, Kumachovo, Novoazovsk and Sakhanka, which the OSCE SMM patrols cannot visit because the representatives of the Russian occupation forces refuse to provide access in violation of the Minsk agreements.
