Ukrainian, Danish, Czech foreign ministers visit Hnutove checkpoint in Donbas

The foreign ministers of Ukraine, Denmark and the Czech Republic have visited the Hnutove entry and exit checkpoint in Donetsk region, the main directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Donetsk region has reported.

"On January 29, Foreign Ministers Pavlo Klimkin of Ukraine, Anders Samuelsen of Denmark and Tomas Petricek of the Czech Republic visited the Hnutove entry and exit checkpoint as part a working visit to Mariupol. The ministers visited a mobile checkpoint, as well as an assistance point of the main directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Donetsk region," the statement reads.

The ministers got acquainted with the conditions created at the assistance point for citizens crossing the Hnutove checkpoint. Employees of the main directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Donetsk region are on duty at the checkpoint around the clock. If necessary, they provide the necessary assistance to citizens, as well as carry out informative and explanatory work on the rules of conduct during emergency situations or when detecting explosive items.
