Militants launched 16 attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas in last day

Militants launched sixteen attacks on positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) area in Donbas over the past day.

“The enemy fired grenade launchers of different systems, heavy machine guns and small arms four times near Pavlopol (30 km northeast of Mariupol); grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms twice - outside Hnutove (19km north-west of Mariupol); antitank guided missile launchers, grenade launchers — near Kamyanka (62km south of Donetsk); 82mm mortars and grenade launchers twice — near Pisky (12km north-west of Donetsk); 82mm mortars — near Vodiane (15km north-west of Donetsk); grenade launchers of different systems — in the area of Shyrokyne (20km east of Mariupol) and Krasnohorivka (29 km west of Donetsk); heavy machine guns and small arms — near Novomykhailivka (28km south-west of Donetsk),” the press center of the JFO Headquarters reports.

In addition, Ukrainian strongholds near Vilne (70km south-west of Donetsk) came under grenade launcher and heavy machine gun fire. Militants also shelled JFO units in the area of Krymske (42.5km north-west of Luhansk), using grenade launchers.

One Ukrainian serviceman was wounded in shelling in last day.

According to the intelligence, one invader was killed and two more were wounded on January 20.

Today, the enemy has not opened fire yet.
