Militants launched 7 attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas in last day

Militants launched 7 attacks on Ukrainian positions, using weapons banned under the Minsk agreements once, in the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) area in Donbas over the past day.

“In particular, the enemy fired 82mm mortars on JFO positions near Hnutove (19km north-west of Mariupol),” reads the report of the JFO Headquarters press center.

Ukrainian strongholds outside Krasnohorivka (29 km west of Donetsk), Pisky (12km north-west of Donetsk), Luhanske (59km north-east of Donetsk) and Hnutove came under grenade launcher, heavy machine gun and small arms fire.

No casualties among Ukrainian troops were reported over the past day.

Today, the enemy has already shelled Ukrainian positions near Pyshchevyk (25km north-east of Mariupol), using grenade launchers of different systems, heavy machine guns and small arms.
