Militants launched 13 attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas in last day

Russian-occupation forces launched 13 attacks on positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Donbas over the past day.

“December 18, Russian-occupation forces violated ceasefire 13 times, using weapons banned under the Minsk agreements four times,” the press center of the Joint Forces Operation reports.

In particular, the enemy used 122mm artillery and 120mm mortars to launch attacks near Novotoshkivske (53km north-west of Luhansk), 82mm mortars –outside Krymske (42.5km north-west of Luhansk) and Pavlopol (30 km northeast of Mariupol).

Ukrainian strongholds in the area of Slavne (25km south-west of Donetsk), Avdiivka (18km north of Donetsk), Pisky (12km north-west of Donetsk), Krymske, Chermalyk (31km north-east of Mariupol), Lebedynske (16km north-east of Mariupol) and Pavlopol came under grenade launcher, heavy machine gun and small arms fire.

One Ukrainian serviceman was wounded in military hostilities over the past day.

Today, the enemy has launched no attacks so far.
