Two captured Ukrainian boats towed from Kerch Strait

Two Ukrainian vessels captured by Russia on November 25 have been towed from the port of Kerch in an unknown direction, according to the Ukrainian Military Portal.

"Two small armored artillery boats Nikopol and Berdiansk have been towed from the port of Kerch in an unknown direction. Only the Yany Kapu tugboat remained in the same place," the report says.

On November 25, three Ukrainian Navy ships along with 24 sailors on board were captured by Russian troops in the neutral waters of the Black Sea during their planned transition from the port of Odesa to the port of Mariupol. In doing so, Russia violated international maritime law and the Ukrainian-Russian agreement of 2003 on the joint use of the Azov Sea.
