Militants launched six attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas in last day

Russian-backed militants launched six attacks, using weapons banned under the Minsk agreements twice, on positions of Ukrainian troops in the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) area in Donbas in last day.

“Over the past day, the enemy shelled Ukrainian positions outside Krymske (42.5km north-west of Luhansk), Pisky (12km north-west of Donetsk), Verkhniotoretske (22km north-east of Donetsk), Vodiane (16km north-west of Donetsk) and Lebedynske (16km north-east of Mariupol),” the JFO Headquarters press center reported.

The terrorists fired grenade launchers of different systems, heavy machine guns and small arms. The enemy used 120mm mortars to shell Ukrainian troops near Vodiane.

Ukrainian soldiers were neither killed nor wounded in hostilities in last day.
