Ukrainian troops shoot down Russian drone in Donbas

Ukrainian Joint Forces servicemen have shot down another Russian unmanned aerial vehicle, the press service of the headquarters of the Joint Forces has reported.

"On November 19, at around 09.49, electronic intelligence means spotted an unmanned aerial vehicle of the enemy, probably of the Orlan-10 type. The enemy's drone gathered intelligence along the Bakhmut-Kostiantynivka-Ocheretyne route," the report reads.

After the radars confirmed the operation of the unmanned aircraft, an air defense unit of the Ukrainian Air Force destroyed the target at about 12.20.

According to the press service, judging by the debris and parachute with a number, the Orlan-10 UAV manufactured by Russia turned out to be the destroyed unmanned aerial vehicle.
